Hello there! Welcome to the Reverie Blog, one of the three Meraki Blogs run by myself, and Mehak Lally. In this post, I will entail all you need to know about us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who are we?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As mentioned previously, this blog is 1 of 3 blogs we run. For a quick preview on us co-presidents click here<\/a>. Mehak and I are both students in the Lower Mainland, with a goal to share students\u2019 passions for literature. We are both avid readers and writers, and have been in writing competitions and won awards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why are we doing this?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are running this blog because we have a goal to share the passion of students like us through their work, whether it’s through writing posts for the blog or through sharing their portfolio. Each student that joins us has the right to showcase their hard work on a safe online platform. We as co-presidents, ask that as the audience, you respect the students and their work. Feel free to leave comments though! Some positive feedback here and there would be incredibly helpful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to join<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you are a high school student (age 13-18) in BC, and want to share your literature passion, gain online exposure on work you\u2019re proud about, and get your work published online as a blog post, contact us through email or DM us on Instagram, and we\u2019ll get back to you as soon as possible. For those of you who are (also) passionate about art and\/or STEM, DM our art blog (Elysian Blog)<\/a> on Instagram and\/or DM our STEM blog (Selcouth Blog)<\/a>. If you prefer to email us, our email stays the same for all three blogs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, if you are outside our specified age group, don\u2019t worry! We\u2019ll be taking online submissions<\/a>, but it just means you won\u2019t be part of the actual volunteer writing team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
